Because of our proprietary tool-free cutting system, we do not charge for dies. We can create virtually any size or shape you need. Our tool-free method allows us to cut any desired shape—just provide a die line with your artwork! Circle – A round shape in which the height and width are the same size. Circles are finished on a roll with a standard .125" repeat (space between labels). Oval – A circular shape in which the height and width are different sizes. Ovals are finished on a roll with a standard .125" repeat (space between labels). Rectangle/Square – Rectangular and square shapes are finished on a roll with a standard .125" radius corners and standard .125" repeat (space between labels) unless otherwise specified. Special - Irregular shapes are finished on a roll with a standard .125" repeat (space between labels) unless otherwise specified. Sheeted - Individual cut labels in stacks of 100 with a backscored liner. The liner is backscored so that it can easily be removed from the label. Sheeted is the most expensive option because cutting individual pieces slows down the press.
