White Polyester with Layflat Liner (Permanent Adhesive) [Stock# 1731] – Same face stock as our 2 mil White Polyester with a 7 mil layflat liner. This material is used for sheeted applications that require the durability of Polyester material and the thick feeling of a vinyl. The liner is thicker, heaver, and lays flat. Material comes with a clear solvent acrylic permanent adhesive with good initial tack to a variety of substrates. Temperature Ranges: Labeling Temperature min +50 ºF [10 ºC], Service Temperature Ranges from -40 ºF [-40 ºC] to 300 ºF [149 ºC].

Use this material for any label that is to be sheeted or individually cut out. Examples: bumper stickers, decals, product labeling.

Clear Polyester (Permanent Adhesive) [Stock# 1657] - This is our most durable clear material. 2 mil clear polyester is a highly transparent film face stock featuring excellent tear strength, heat resistance, waterproof, dimensional stability and chemical resistance. This material will last a long time outside without yellowing. The adhesive is an excellent general-purpose industrial grade clear permanent acrylic adhesive. It features high initial tack to most high and medium surface energy substrates. Looks best when applied to opaque white or light colored backgrounds. Matte Silver Polyester (Permanent Adhesive) [Stock# 424] - This is our most durable matte silver material. 2 mil matte silver polyester is a good material if you would like your product to stand out from the norm. Silver film face stock featuring excellent tear strength, heat resistance, dimensional stability, opacity, and chemical resistance. This material will last a long time outside without yellowing. Matte silver has a smooth satin silver finish. The adhesive is an excellent general-purpose industrial grade clear permanent acrylic adhesive. It features high initial tack to most substrates. Brushed Silver Polyester (Permanent Adhesive Adhesive) [Stock# 1725] - This is our most durable brushed silver material. 2 mil UL recognized silver brushed polyester is a good material if you would like your product to stand out from the norm. This material will last a long time outside without yellowing. Brushed silver is a satin silver finish with streaks resembling brush marks. Adhesive is a standard permanent adhesive, which offers excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates. Temperature Ranges: Labeling Temperature min +40 ºF [5 ºC], Service Temperature Ranges from -20 ºF [-29 ºC] to 302 ºF [150 ºC].

Use this material for labels with a brushed silver look that can be used outdoors or in harsh environments. Examples: nameplates, product identification, durable goods, equipment and machinery, power tools, lawn and garden labels.

Matte White Polypropylene (Permanent Adhesive) [Stock #1791] – This 3 mil polypropylene matte white film is used for applications where resistance to water, oil and chemicals is important. Perfect for an application that needs a low cost matte synthetic (polypropylene is half the cost of polyester). Polypropylene is waterproof and durable, but not as durable as polyester. Polypropylene will stretch, but is hard to tear. Polyester will not stretch. The adhesive is clear permanent acrylic dispersion adhesive that resists water and has UV stability. Good initial adhesion properties and heat resistance. Temperature Ranges: Labeling Temperature min +50 ºF [10 ºC], Service Temperature Ranges from -4 ºF [-20 ºC] to 212 ºF [100 ºC].

Use this matte material if you have an indoor application, you are concerned about moisture, need a material that won’t tear easily, and is lower cost than polyester. Examples: coffee bags, plastic bags, and water bottles.

Matte White Polypropylene (Repositionable Adhesive) [Stock #1787] – 3.2 mil matte white coated polypropylene based film. This material is a matte synthetic but the ink will finish glossy. Perfect for an application that needs a low cost matte synthetic (polypropylene is half the cost of polyester). Polypropylene is waterproof and durable, but not as durable as polyester. Polypropylene will stretch, but is hard to tear. Polyester will not stretch. Can also be used as a deep freeze adhesive. Long term removable from smooth, even substrates restricted. Should not be exposed to direct sunlight or high temperatures for long periods of time. ISEGA has given this adhesive approval for direct contact with dry and moist non-fatty foods. We recommend you test this material to make sure adhesive works for your application. Should be used when very good adhesion at low temperatures is required. Freezer adhesive is ideal for frozen or refrigerated products. Temperature Ranges: Labeling Temperature min -20 ºF [-29 ºC]. Service Temperature Ranges from -65º F [-54 ºC] to 200º F [93 ºC].

Use this material when you need an inexpensive indoor matte facestock, are not concerned about moisture, but the product needs to be frozen or refrigerated. Examples: medicine, product labeling.

Bright White Paper (Opaque Adhesive) [Stock# 726] - 3.1 mil thermal transfer premium coated opaque, ultra-smooth, matte-coated label paper with opaque reverse side coating. If not printing over any ink, this material is thermal transfer printable. Adhesive is black, making the label opaque and will block information beneath the label. Adhesive is a permanent acrylic dispersion with good adhesion to all normal substrates, including non-polar surfaces, films and corrugated board. Good low temperature performance. Temperature Ranges: Labeling Temperature min 32 ºF. Service Temperature Ranges from -4 ºF [-20 ºC] to 176 ºF [80 ºC].

Use this material for indoor usage to cover up a label beneath for corrections, updates, or new barcodes.

Gloss White Paper (Permanent Adhesive) [Stock# 1814] – – 2.9 mil gloss paper label for glossy print. Not thermal transfer printable. A good material to use in place of the bright white paper if you have large coverage of dark inks or need our best quality print on a cost effective material. The adhesive is a modified acrylic dispersion. Permanent adhesive with good adhesion to all normal substrates, including non-polar surfaces, films and corrugated board. Good low temperature performance. Temperature Ranges: Labeling Temperature min 32 ºF. Service Temperature Ranges from -4 ºF [-20 ºC] to 176 ºF [80 ºC].

Use this material when you need the most inexpensive gloss facestock, good for most indoor product labeling. Examples: product identification, sauces, jellies, dressings.

Matte White Litho Wet-strength (Freezer Adhesive) – [Stock# 1789] - 3.3 mil bright white, coated matte paper with added wet strength for improved moisture resistance. Good material for use on wine or drink applications where the material needs to have some resistance from moisture. The adhesive is an all temperature adhesive, which will work well in a room temperature environment or a cold temperature environment. Freezer adhesive is ideal for frozen or refrigerated products. Temperature Ranges: Labeling Temperature min -20 ºF [-29 ºC]. Service Temperature Ranges from -65º F [-54 ºC] to 200º F [93 ºC].

Use this material when you need an inexpensive indoor matte facestock with greater strength when wet, you are not concerned about moisture, but the product needs to be frozen or refrigerated. Examples: water bottles, juice, wine labeling.

Matte Paper White Litho (Perm Adhesive) [Stock #1900] – 4 mil, high uality, dull matte coated premium paper. The rubber-based adhesive features high initial tack and ultimate bond strength to a wide variety of substrates, including low surface energy plastics, treated glass, and corrugated cardboard. Temperature Ranges: Labeling Temperature min 25 ºF. Service Temperature Ranges from -65 ºF [-54 ºC] to +160 ºF [71 ºC] Use this material when you need a premium matte finished paper stock. Good for most indoor product labeling. This product will exhibit better print quality when compared to our bright white papers.

Fluorescent Paper in Chartreuse, Pink, Red, Green, Orange (Permanent Adhesive) [Stock #2002 chartreuse, #1423 pink, #2003 red, #1821 green, #1820 orange] – 3.8 mil fluorescent papers. These materials work great for indoor applications needing fluorescent colors. Use black ink to create text labels but will accept all other colors. If printing color on these materials, an $80 press proof is suggested due to color changes caused by the material’s color. The adhesive is a modified acrylic with good adhesion to all normal substrates, including non-polar surfaces, films and corrugated board. Good low temp performance as well. Gold Foil Paper (Permanent Adhesive) [Stock# 115] - 2.7 mil premium mirror finish, bright gold metalized paper for indoor use with a modified acrylic topcoat. All colors of inks show up; inks are transparent so entire label will have shine even where area has inks. If printing color, an $80 press proof is suggested to make sure final product is to your specifications. The adhesive is rubber-based and features high initial tack and ultimate bond strength to a wide variety of substrates, including low surface energy plastics, treated glass and corrugated. Designed for roll-to-roll applications. Adhesive is a general purpose, permanent adhesive with water wash off characteristics. Good adhesion to dry and cold bottles, offers good water resistance in ice bucket immersion. Water wash off at 110 ºF [43 ºC] for label removal. Temperature Ranges: Labeling Temperature min 32 ºF [0 ºC], Service Temperature Ranges -4 ºF [-20 ºC] to 176 ºF [80 ºC]. Rougher texture and not as bright as Estate #8. This material has an antique, matte finish and is specially made for wine bottle labels. We suggest that you call for samples.

Estate #8(Permanent Adhesive) [Stock #1710] – 4.8 mil bright White, vellum finish, wet strength label paper. High quality label paper for wine and beverage applications where image is as important as performance. Designed for roll-to-roll applications. Adhesive is a general purpose, permanent adhesive with water wash off characteristics. Good adhesion to dry and cold bottles, offers good water resistance in ice bucket immersion. Water wash off at 110 ºF [43 ºC] for label removal. Temperature Ranges: Labeling Temperature min 32 ºF [0 ºC], Service Temperature Ranges -4 ºF [-20 ºC] to 176 ºF [80 ºC]. Smoother and a little brighter white than Estate #4.

Estate #9(Permanent Adhesive) [Stock #1711] – 5.4 mil cream, laid finish, wet strength label paper. High-quality label paper for wine and beverage applications where image is as important as performance. Adhesive is a general purpose, permanent adhesive with water wash off characteristics. Good adhesion to dry and cold bottles, offers good water resistance in ice bucket immersion. Water wash off at 110 ºF [43 ºC] for label removal. Temperature Ranges: Labeling Temperature min 32 ºF [0 ºC], Service Temperature Ranges -4 ºF [-20 ºC] to 176 ºF [80 ºC]. Has more recycled look characteristics, more of a brown tone than Estate #4 and #8.

ENVIRONMENTAL

Natureflex (Permanent Adhesive) [Stock# 1732] - Our answer to your environmental sensitive projects. This 1.8 mil film is ideal for use in sustainable material applications for the whole packaging construction. This white synthetic material is a fully biodegradable and compostable film for labeling. Manufactured with a permanent acrylic adhesive that offers high initial tack, which adheres to a wide variety of surfaces and offers outstanding wet-out. Temperature Ranges: Labeling Temperature min 40 ºF [4 ºC], Service Temperature Ranges -40 ºF [-40 ºC] to 160 ºF [71 ºC].

Use this material when you need a sustainable facestock with good strength when wet. Examples: environmental conscience product labeling.

TAG STOCK

7 Mil White TTR Paper (No Adhesive) [Stock# 1706] - 7mil. thermal transfer tag, matte-coated thermal transfer paper tag. Multipurpose tag stock with engineered thermal transfer-receptive coating for paper tag and ticket applications.

Use this material for indoor use and when you do not want an adhesive. Stock is thicker than paper, but thinner than cardboard. Example: product tags, tickets.

8 Mil Synthetic All Weather Tag (No Adhesive) [Stock# 1716] – 8 mil bright white synthetic tag with great durability for outdoors use. Good for lumber, steel, plant tags and any other application that may need a durable indoor/outdoor tag. Thermal transfer printable if not printing over any ink. Can be produced with “air eject holes”, “notches at perforations”, and is finished in sheets or rolls.

Use this material when you have an outdoor application and do not want an adhesive. Stock is thicker than paper, but thinner than cardboard. Example: nursery tags.
